Your Role: Retails - Management Consultant

Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and apply knowledge of selected tools and methodologies, drawing logical conclusions.
  • Delivery of client transformation programs through selected tools and methodogies,  manage your work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
  • Understand customer value insights to ensure alignment amongst client's overall business and its operations.
  • Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence with the team and clients
  • Develop expertise in customer insight & growth experience practice areas to increase the breadth and depth of our knowledge base and capabilities.      
  • Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of consulting experience in retail, customer operating models, and customer analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of retail, consumer goods, entertainment and broader consumer-facing industries, CRM experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects with emerging business development skills.
  • Proven core consulting skills including slide design, storytelling, problem solving, analytics, strong written and oral communications ability. 
  • Flexibility to accommodate client and project travel requirements.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
