Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Solution Architect to join our team on MarTech. This role demands a strategic technology leader with deep expertise in enterprise consulting, modern architectures, and digital transformation on MarTech domain. You will drive end-to-end solution design, delivery, and client engagement, solving complex business challenges through innovative, scalable, data-driven and modern technology solutions for MarTech, from CMS, CDP, Marketing Automation, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture and Delivery:

• Analyze client requirements and design tailored solution architectures (cloud-native, headless, composable and microservices) across modern technology stacks for web and mobile platforms.

• Drive impactful architectural discussions to establish trust and credibility with clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Design, develop, deliver, and manage sophisticated cross-domain solutions, integrating diverse technologies across development, operations, data, and application layers.
• Conduct architecture quality assurance reviews to ensure technical excellence and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including client executives, vendors, and project teams, to ensure seamless solution implementation and delivery.

Client Engagement:

• Shape and respond to RFPs, contributing to solution proposals, including unique selling propositions, pricing, scope definition (functional and technical), solution blueprint, effort estimation, resource planning, and timelines.
• Partner with client stakeholders to drive innovation, delivering strategic value through technology solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies, such as AI, automation, and data platforms, into product strategies and delivery.
• Support internal innovation by contributing to capability building, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, championing the adoption of new technologies and initiatives both internally and with clients.
