Key Responsibilities:
Partnering with Brands for reporting requests, campaign requests, post-campaign analysis and optimization
Works with the Brand teams to manage the 15-day, 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day campaign calendar
Conducts weekly meetings with the Brand teams to review the status of in-flight requests in addition to the forecast of upcoming requests
Review Jira requests and all associated documentation (BRDs, Assets) for completeness and feasibility
Assigns campaign complexity and confirms SLAs
Transitions Jira request and all associated documentation (BRDs, Assets) to the campaign development team
Manages the delivery and execution of all campaigns in the Hong Kong
Works on any issues and/or risks that may arise
Manages the capacity and demand for the Region for all requests
Qualifications
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
Degree holder with 2+ years solid working experience
Exceptional client management, communication and presentation skills
A growth mindset and an ability to manage and drive client conversations
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Project management skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
Proficient in Cantonese and English
Desirable:
Experience with a variety of marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
