Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and client-oriented technology leader in the end-to-end nature of consulting. You bring deep expertise in at least one of Accenture’s core industries and have helped enterprise clients solve complex problems through digital platforms, modern architectures, and scaled delivery. You’re as comfortable in executive-level client discussions as you are diving into solution architecture or team dynamics. You’re naturally collaborative, a relationship builder, and a trusted advisor who can move fluidly across business, technology, and delivery domains. You’re passionate about building high-performing teams and seeing your work deliver measurable outcomes.
As a Digital Solution Architect, you will architect and deliver modern enterprise-scale digital solutions that achieve measurable business outcomes, such as increased revenue, reduced time-to-market, or improved customer satisfaction. You will deliver on engagements in the following areas:
Solution Architecture:
- Analyze client needs, synthesize technology solutions, and select tools and techniques to meet specific requirements.
- Define and guide solution architecture across modern tech stacks (cloud-native, headless, composable, microservices) for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct architecture assessments and define solutions for complex problems through in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Ensure adherence to and evolution of technology standards to meet performance, scalability, and operational needs.
Delivery Execution:
- Design, implement, and support world-class IT architecture for Accenture or clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level transformation programs.
- Design, build, deliver, and manage architecture across development, operations, execution, data, and application layers.
- Collaborate across disciplines including product, design, data, strategy, QA, and DevOps to deliver integrated, high-impact digital products
- Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements.
Client Engagement:
- Shape and respond to RFPs, contribute to solutioning and pricing, and engage in pre-sales conversations with technical and business stakeholders
- Partner directly with client stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver strategic value
- Proactively identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies like AI, automation, and data platforms into product strategy and delivery
- Support internal innovation, capability building, and the creation of accelerators and reusable assets
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical delivery
- Proven expertise architecting and delivering modern digital products using full-stack services and modern digital platforms
- Experience leading delivery teams in consulting or professional services, with a focus on Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Travel industries.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions, roadmaps, and operational plans.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery models, including scaled Agile frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence, guide, and present to executive leadership
- Proven ability to support and win new business through solutioning, proposal development, and client pitches
Preferred Qualifications:
- You’ve worked on AI, GenAI, ML initiatives or other emerging technologies, or developed personalized digital experiences
- You’ve implemented Commerce platforms, Experience platforms, CRM, CDP, Loyalty programs, MarTech solutions, and/or Sales Transformation initiatives.
- You’ve led or supported transformation programs, enterprise product/platform modernization, or cloud migrations
- You bring experience managing nearshore/offshore delivery models or working in globally distributed environments
- You’ve contributed to IP, accelerators, frameworks, or thought leadership within a consulting firm
Qualifications
