Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading onshore and offshore IT professionals to deliver Oracle cloud and application support services to client.

  • Monitor service team’s works and evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.

  • Manage client expectation, and escalations, issues, and requirements from client.

  • Act as a technology advocate to help client continuously maximize productivity and efficiency of their technology investment.

  • Responsible to manage infra and application enhancement works and report status to stakeholders.

  • Work with sales team to develop new opportunities.

  • Manage project financials to achieve the business targets.

Qualifications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum a Bachelor degree of Science in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of management experience in IT industry or customer success

  • Customer facing experience within a SaaS environment;  prior experience with Oracle solutions is preferred.

  • Cloud technical knowledge and experience in a service delivery environment.

  • Good interpersonal skill, including relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional team

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong track record in managing IT operations and/or IT services delivery.

  • Strong resource management experience, including performance management, workload distribution, team development and knowledge management.

  • PMP certification is preferable.
