Job Description
In This Role You Will:
- Co-create & expanding on client’s requirement and translating those to the technical design and implementation plan of complex, scalable and robust solutions
- Integrate the solutions across disparate technologies (primarily SAP), Accenture, and 3rd party offerings
- Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates, work with delivery center to finalize cost estimates and optimize this to bring best value for client’s investment
- Help to mobilize the team and set-up the right delivery and architectural artifacts for delivery team to succeed
- Lead solution architecture assessments at client sites with key client stakeholders
- Support global and market level sales team to drive the adoption of SAP Solutions at our clients
- Review overall SAP S/4 solution architecture and integration as part of the Enterprise Architecture team.
- Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise of the dynamics and the impact of technology trends to identify and formulate recommended changes
- Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market share
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on detailed assessment and analysis of current technology footprint
- Drive strategic opportunities which incorporate innovative technology solutions into broader business transformations
- Develop operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies
- Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insight, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on a specific market-relevant technology strategy
- Support large scale technology transformation to deliver business value
Qualifications
We expect you to have:
- Ideally you would already have 5+ years client facing experience with SAP solutions from multiple industries, specifically in Retail / Fashion /FS industry
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience delivering and managing complex ERP transformation programs
- Minimum 4 years’ experience managing a team of SAP resources on and offshore
- Successful track record of implementing SAP solutions and has led solution design for niche proof of concepts to complex deliveries
- Leading workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify business requirements
- Working with Accenture Client Account Leads to create opportunities and solutions towards our clients
- A deep and practical working knowledge of overall SAP Solution Architecture, with core skills in one (or more) of SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP CAR, Data Services, SAP MDG and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud solutions
- Can architect a solution using the various SAP solutions along with the integration to other SAP and non-SAP Applications
- Aware of comparisons with other non-SAP solutions, data carve-out and migration solutions in the marketplace and be able to advise clients on the right solution for their requirements
- Customer facing skills that will allow you to drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation
- Commercial mind-set to provide best value for money to the client – can optimize delivery governance, team setup, architectural decisions etc.
- Knowledge of and experience of the application of modern architecture principles and patterns
- An ability to think strategically about business, delivery, and technical challenges
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving SAP technology landscape
- An appreciation for sophisticated subject matter as well as a high degree of solution and service orientation
English is a must, billingual in Cantonese or Mandarin
