- Work with the digital marketing team to manage integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
- Support the day-to-day requirements of social content, community and resource allocation of client campaigns
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
- Degree in advertising, communications, creative media, or related fields
- Good knowledge in digital marketing and campaigns
- Understanding of customer-facing marketing channels and how they work together
- Motivated, execution-oriented high-performance individual with strong process and metrics focus and passion for learning
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
