Senior Creative Strategist:

Responsibilities:

  • Work on multiple concepts and strategy driven projects, small or large, with various project leads 
  • Contribute outstanding conceptual thinking, as well as, fast writing for various applications such as long and short copy, concept decks and more 
  • Manage content, narrative, and creative across a range of projects 
  • Work in collaboration with account leads and other internal team members to interpret client needs and develop project directions to provide insight and solution 
  • Create, define, and oversee creative process and idea generation; structure and catalyze brainstorming and development 
  • Define the strategic vision and goals; be able to define the “what, where, when, why, and how” of a proposed project before budgets are committed 
  • Prepare documents to communicate ideas to clients including proposals, presentations, and reports 
  • Participate in presentations and strategy sessions with clients and partners 
  • Lead copy team, mentor and inspire junior creative staffs
  • Work with designers, artists and producers on the creative product and brand development process
  • Respond to internal or client feedback and assist in supporting the creative integrity of projects from development through to activation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5+ years solid working experience in digital agency
  • A distinctive portfolio of innovative digital advertising campaigns
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Intimate understanding of design, copy, and web best practices/guidelines 
  • The ability to address feedback quickly and collaborate effectively.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Excellent English/Chinese writing skills and fluent in English
