  • Understand and address the needs of chief sales-, marketing and customer servicing officers
  • Conduct market research on market and customer needs
  • Define customer segments, value propositions, brand positioning, marketing, channel and customer engagement strategy and operating model
  • Define sales channel strategy, incentive program, operating model and business requirements that drive profitable growth across an increasingly complex sales environment
  • Design and deliver differentiated service experiences and related servicing operating model that enables growth, strengthen engagement and increased retention
  • Define “omni-channel” experience and O2O strategy and design related operating model
  • Define overall investment plan and roadmap for customer experience transformation
 
What will you do?
  • Lead and manage project teams and ensure delivery of value-driven recommendations, knowledge transfer and effective advisory
  • Define digital-, sales-, servicing- and marketing strategies with the client’s C-suite
  • Build client relationships, and identify and drive client opportunities
  • Work in the intersection of business and technology providing expertise and insights to our clients, and help build thought leadership around customer and channel transformation topics
  • May work across industries: financial services, products, healthcare and communication, media and technology
About your background and experience
  • 5+ years of working experience from the customer & channel consulting domain preferably as a strategy or management consultant, but could also be from a sales/marketing or strategy function
  • Proven track record from leading projects, including reporting to C-suite and steering committees 
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office technology for analysis and presenting compelling recommendations
  • Experience with market leading customer technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe etc. is positive
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
