The Leadership Recruiter works closely with Senior Leadership at Accenture to identify, cultivate and attract talent to support the growth of our Accenture businesses. Successful candidates must have the proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders, candidates, HR Leadership, and the broader recruitment team; develop and deliver sustainable in-house sourcing programs including personal direct sourcing; and end to end candidate management, reporting on progress in a meaningful and actionable way. This role is a manager, strategic advisor, and delivery role.  
 

Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Partner with the business lead and deliver the strategy for leadership recruitment for one or more businesses in co-ordination with our business sponsors, HR Business Leads, and Global recruitment leads
  • Be responsible for end to end candidate management from initial contact to offer and transition effectively to HR on joining
  • Drive direct sourcing of candidate pipelines both directly and in conjunction with in-house sourcing teams
  • Manage the research of external marketplace/industry trends
  • Monitor external competitor analysis and provide marketplace intelligence to Business Leads and Country Leadership
  • Focus on diversity hiring to achieve our firm wide Inclusion & Diversity goals
  • Manage strategic search firm relationships with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with our preferred partners
  • Develop business cases including Total Compensation Offer, providing guidance to hiring managers and leadership in line with our Total Reward Principles
  • Take an active role in projects to improve and transform leadership recruitment
  • Oversee leadership recruitment cost for the business
Basic Requirements
  • 10+ years recruitment experience preferably with a mix of Search and Professional Services firms
  • Minimum of 3-years Executive level recruitment experience
  • Pipeline management experience
  • Experience working in a complex global environment – preferably in a matrix structure
  • Experience recruiting in professional services, technology, industry
