  In this role, you will:
  • Assist our banking and insurance clients to successfully navigate change initiatives with minimal disruption to their business
  • Support Accenture and/or client Change Management teams and work collaboratively with management consultant and or/technology consulting peers
  • Provide Change Management expertise and guidance to clients undergoing various change initiatives
  • Implement changes to client business operations and technology to achieve target business benefits
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope, plan, resource and deliver change management projects and programmes
  • Support teams of client and Accenture resources to successfully implement change initiatives
  • Proactively guide and advise senior client stakeholders throughout the change programme
  • Build change Leadership skills within the client organisation
  • Track and monitor change management activities on a regular basis and provide input to status reports
  • Proactively raise change management risks, issues and dependencies
  • Prepare and review key communications internal to the client organisation
  • Deliver key communication forums and employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee preparation of training materials and training rollout where required
  • Work collaboratively with local and global Change Management experts to build own and others’ knowledge of Change Management trends and tools
  • Contribute to Accenture’s knowledge capital on a regular basis
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of Consulting experience in one/more of the following areas:
    • Internal communications
    • Learning and Development
    • Organisation Development
    • Talent Management
    • HR Strategy
  • Supervisory experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Preferably good knowledge of Banking and/ or Insurance industries
  • Preferably knowledgeable on management consulting and/or system implementation project lifecycles and terminology
Key characteristics:
  • Excellent writing, communication and client-facing skills
  • Able to facilitate sensitive or complex discussions, presentations and workshops with senior clients
  • Viewed as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of human resource consulting
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
