Due to an exciting growth and capability build phase, CMT is currently seeking market leading consulting talent to join our high performing team.
 
Our #NewIT Practice focuses on helping our clients successfully navigate the Digital transformation journey through partnering on the implementation of scaled agile delivery models and accelerating the adoption of DevOps practices. Our consultants enable our clients to realise the benefits of agility, speed to market and improved quality in their delivered products and services.
Key responsibilities:
 
  • This role will define the overarching thought leadership and architecture, that enables and releases, the maximum business value of Technology for our clients.
  • This role will build deep client relationships at senior levels and work with colleagues within Accenture Technology, Accenture Digital and the CMT practice to orchestrate these new technology solutions.
  • This role will bring targeted Accenture assets and offering to client situations, leveraging knowledge gathered through connecting with Accenture’s lines of business and inquiry into client pain points.
  • Advance thought leadership within CMT on how we help our clients achieve their strategic business and tactical business goals using New IT, Cloud & Software platforms and emerging technology, such as AI.
Professional experience & qualifications
At least 10 years’ experience with at least 4 – 5 years’ experience in a technology consulting environment, with specific exposure to some of the following areas:
 
  • Proven ability to shape and lead IT transformation through provision of strategy, consulting, digital and technology and operations services in collaboration with our partners within and outside of Accenture.
  • Extensive Project/ Programme Management experience, with professional qualification a bonus. Including evident experience of end-to-end life cycle of products, including evident knowledge of -
    • system and solution architecture design (functional & technical),
    • development
    • testing (strategies, approach and plans - all testing phases (integration, functional and non-functional testing, technical testing End to End, UAT etc.)
    • Scaled Agile Framework delivery and large system development delivery in agile
    • Support and Change Management
  • Experience in DevOps Platform tooling
    • Working with clients to complete an assessment of DevOps maturity
    • Defining a DevOps roadmap in conjunction with a continuous improvement framework
    • Leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and defining the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains
  • Project experience with CRM transformation, billing transformation, and system integration.
  • Experience with Telco BSS architecture is a plus.
 
  • Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers a business, how they impact the scope and approach of client assignment
  • Possess commercial acumen with ability to tailor solutions to enhance effectiveness and to identify valuable client development opportunities
  • Strong project management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop, maintain and influence strong internal and client relationships
  • Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven success in leading a team-oriented environment with strong lateral management and persuasive skills
  • Exhibit high self-motivation and service-orientated work ethics
  • Possess the ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline preferred
