Understand and address the needs of chief sales-, marketing and customer servicing officers

Conduct market research on market and customer needs

Define customer segments, value propositions, brand positioning, marketing, channel and customer engagement strategy and operating model

Define sales channel strategy, incentive program, operating model and business requirements that drive profitable growth across an increasingly complex sales environment

Design and deliver differentiated service experiences and related servicing operating model that enables growth, strengthen engagement and increased retention

Define “omni-channel” experience and O2O strategy and design related operating model

Define overall investment plan and roadmap for customer experience transformation


What will you do?

Lead and manage project teams and ensure delivery of value-driven recommendations, knowledge transfer and effective advisory

Define digital-, sales-, servicing- and marketing strategies with the client’s C-suite

Build client relationships, and identify and drive client opportunities

Work in the intersection of business and technology providing expertise and insights to our clients, and help build thought leadership around customer and channel transformation topics

May work across industries: financial services, products, healthcare and communication, media and technology

About your background and experience
5+ years of working experience from the customer & channel consulting domain preferably as a strategy or management consultant, but could also be from a sales/marketing or strategy function
Proven track record from leading projects, including reporting to C-suite and steering committees 
Excellent skills in Microsoft office technology for analysis and presenting compelling recommendations
Experience with market leading customer technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe etc. is positive
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus)
