We seek Security Consulting Senior Managers / Managers with deep banking and financial services security knowledge. Join our Accenture Finance & Risk Services team and lead the growth of our local security business. Your skills and knowledge will be leveraged to assess, design, and propose solutions to increase the cyber resiliency of our Hong Kong and Asia Pacific clients. You will share your expertise and collaborate with our global team to output leading security solutions for enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people in a local context. There are opportunities to lead teams and engage C-Suite and stakeholders of all seniority and support their business in exceeding regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Accenture’s security end-to-end service offerings, including but not limited to security governance (policies and procedures), security strategy and risk (planning, risk assessments and management), cyber defense (adversary simulation, incident response, threat hunting, and security consulting), application and cloud security, and managed security
  • Develop local client relationships, identify sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients, and lead sales process for opportunities by combining your expertise with our global solutions.
  • Analyse client requirements and liaise with senior decision makers to formulate solutions.
  • Demonstrate independence in completing complex security related tasks, outputting high quality deliverables to meet contractual and work plan objectives, and take on tasks of increased complexity
  • Work with client's business units, including Finance, Risk Management, IT, Internal, Legal, Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office to gain thorough understanding of the processes and procedures development.


  • More than 5 years security assessment and IT audit experience with a reputable professional multi-national corporation and/or consulting firm.
  • Practical experience in business and system processes review, information security management, technology risk management, design and implementation of security solutions such as I&AM, DLP and SIEM, network and system penetration testing, application security testing and code review.
  • Deep understanding of IT security controls concepts with regards to systems development, change management, computer operations and access management.
  • Ability to identify and assess business process controls and linkage to IT systems, and convey technical content in business language with senior management.
  • Proven successful track record in service delivery, with ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience.
  • Team leader who develops others and strengthens the team.
  • Fluent in English (Written / Spoken) and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline and/or a professional certification, e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, CREST, CCASP or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of global, regional, and local regulatory requirements, such as NIST, ITIL, ISO27001, HKMA CFI/ C-RAF/ TM-E-1/ TM-G-1, SFC cybersecurity requirements, and security related requirements
  • Strong familiarity with banking and financial services IT systems
  • Deep understanding of financial institution’s operating mode, front-to-back operations, and financial products
  • High competence in developing and delivering presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client facing project experience
  • Effective team management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
