Practice Overview:
The Sales Transformation team works with our client’s sales organizations, enabling and driving the Chief Sales Officer’s Agenda – across all facets of Sale functions namely strategy, operations, enablement, spend optimization, pricing management, talent optimization, and digital selling. Our engagements drive improvements in business by delivering real tangible results for our clients with go to market strategies, optimized process and operational efficiencies and improved sales organization structure.  
The team is comprised of a talented set of individuals, with deep capabilities across the Sales domain, primarily with experience in CHT, FS and Products industries. Our team brings on board their experience from some of the best organizations worldwide to leverage their deep understanding of Sales functions to deliver value to our clients.
We are looking for similar passionate and driven sales professionals to help design, develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our client’s sales organizations. The candidate selected for this role will bring deep domain skills to help clients with strategy and business planning to improve their sales organizations in each of the sub domains mentioned above. We need people who think innovatively, are committed towards quality, are logical thinkers, and communicate effectively.
Management consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.
Sales professionals design/develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales organizations through process reengineering, sales talent management, incentive management, and operations optimization.
Responsibilities may include:
  •  Project Delivery: Work with small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. Responsibilities may include:
    • Market entry strategy development
    • Product launch strategy
    • Channel mix assessment and strategy
    • Sales Channel optimization
    • Pricing Optimization
    • Incentive Compensation Management
    • Channel Incentive Management
    • Sales Performance Analytics
    • Functional Support for Technology Implementation Engagements (, SAP CRM)
  • Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice
  • Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in relevant Industry
  • Domain Development:  Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals

The candidate selected for this role will provide deep domain skills to help clients with strategy and business planning to improve: sales strategy and sales operations, channel strategy and design, channel partner management, sales force effectiveness, sales processes, sales compensation & reward and sales operations optimization.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor degree holder and with good oral and written English and Chinese
  • 4-7 years of related working experience  
  • Have ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to “C” level executives
  • Good inter-personal skills to work well with clients and other team members
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and project managers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications--Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
