What I do
In my role as Workplace lead for Greece and Bulgaria, I help my teams contribute to Accenture’s goal of driving growth through workplace operational excellence and cost efficiency via office services and executive support services.
- The office services team is responsible for the company’s real estate portfolio, facilities and space management, workplace design and technology, life safety and occupational health, meeting & events, corporate housing, environment and others.
- The executive support team puts emphasis on maximizing the performance of Accenture’s leaders by helping them focus more on their core business objectives and not on administrative tasks.

A day in my life
I work closely with our “internal customers” and my priority is to develop solutions and processes that improve the way they work with clients and each other. Daily objective of my team is to create the right workplace for my colleagues so they can be productive and deliver first class services to our clients.
For me, the strongest assets of Accenture are its employees and the sense of stewardship. Accenture offers a variety of opportunities to its employees to progress and grow professionally. Besides, I admire Accenture because it is committed to doing all that it can to protect the environment and preserve natural resources for future generations.
In my 25 years of service within Accenture’s family, one of the most challenging projects I have worked on, was the opening of an Accenture office in a different country. My responsibility was to bring the Accenture culture and technology into this new office and educate the staff about the core values and how we work together. It was exciting to work closely with people from different backgrounds and ways of working outside of the national boundaries.
It was a great opportunity for me, as I was able to demonstrate my skills and experience, add significant value and create an inspiring workspace.
