WORK YOU’LL DO
Human Resources is responsible for ensuring that our organization has the people it needs to fulfill our business strategy and deliver a high-performance business agenda for our internal clients. To do this, Human Resources focuses on activities ranging from safekeeping our culture and values to development of individual people, ultimately having responsibility for our greatest asset, our people.
Our HR department in Greece has grown significantly in order to support the increased business demand of the company.
The HR People Advisor in Athens (Maternity Cover) will support all activities and processes within an HR department to ensure that the global & local programs and solutions are established in order to maintain a high-performance workforce team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement local Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, tracking progress using measurable metrics and promoting a positive corporate image and employer responsibility.
- Coordinate the full training cycle, including program preparation, delivery, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and employee development needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, monitoring budgets and conducting post-event evaluations to assess success and effectiveness.
- Organize and execute impactful projects such as the Blood Bank campaign and Accenture Sports club, enhancing company engagement and employees’ involvement.
- Facilitate health insurance program enrollment, providing assistance to employees with inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
- Efficiently handle and support various administrative tasks to streamline HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in multinational or consulting environments (IT consulting is a plus)
- Postgraduate degree in HR or Organizational WHO Behavior preferred
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive team player
- Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
