WORK YOU’LL DO:
As a Senior Front-end Developer/Architect (Angular) you will work as part of a team on the architecture and implementation of a large-scale enterprise front-end web application, using the latest technologies and trends. You will collaborate directly with the engineering team, customer’s architect, and product owners, with the aim to own the front-end architecture across the account and projects. As a front-end developer/architect, you will work across multiple engineering teams to ensure the development of maintainable and scalable products and help improve the overall end-user experience. You will also be responsible for creating the backbone architecture of front-end applications, including the creation of core reusable components and horizontal core features. The main assets we are looking for, are a strong technical skillset, a solutions-oriented and creative mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities:
Design brand-new enterprise front-end web applications, using the latest technologies, practices, and trends.
Develop the backbone of front-end implementations, building reusable core components and features.
Lead the front-end architecture application implementation in collaboration with the broader engineering team.
Work closely with the UI/UX designer teams and lead the implementation of new initiatives, to support the architecture decision and vision.
Ensure coding standards and architecture guidelines are followed.
Ensure the ability of the front-end web applications to be easily maintained, scaled, and deployed.
Actively participate in documentation creation and code reviews.
Continues research and experiment with various technologies, providing valuable feedback and recommendations.
Advocate for improvements at the architecture level and the general product experience, quality, security, and performance.
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in front-end web development of large-scale applications
Deep hands-on experience in the following technologies:
Angular
TypeScript
JavaScript
HTML
CSS
Experience building reusable components and core features.
Experience working with RESTful APIs.
Experience working with front-end testing tools and frameworks.
Experience working with Git.
Experience in authoring technical documentation and establishing coding standards.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Previous experience working with multiple engineering, cross-functional teams.
Previous experience working with Agile Software Development methodologies.
Experience in micro-frontends, mono-repo frameworks, and GraphQL will be considered a strong plus.
Experience working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Microsoft Azure will be considered a plus.
