WORK YOU’LL DO:
As a Team Lead/ Solution Architect you be responsible for defining and designing the end-to-end architecture of critical web applications, as well as creating the backbone architecture, including the creation of core reusable components and horizontal core features. You will lead and guide a team of developers that design, build, test and deploy new implementations and features, ensuring that the deliverables are secure, scalable, compliant and aligned with the client’s standards and architecture principles. You will also collaborate directly with engineering teams, project managers, business analysts, product owners and key stakeholders. The main assets we are looking for, are a strong technical skillset, a solutions-oriented and creative mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities:
Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical designs.
Design enterprise applications solutions and features, using the latest technologies, practices, and trends.
Develop the backbone of implementations and integrations, building reusable core components and features, using the necessary design patterns.
Lead the architecture application implementation in collaboration with the broader engineering team and the implementation of new initiatives, to support the architecture decision and vision.
Ensure coding standards and architecture guidelines are followed.
Actively participate in documentation creation and code reviews.
Advocate for improvements at the architecture level and the general product experience, quality, security, and performance.
Act as a mentor and technical reference for developers across Angular, .NET, and Java stacks.
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in full-stack development of large-scale applications
Deep hands-on experience in the following technologies: Angular, Typescript, HTML/CSS, .NET, Java.
Experience building reusable components and core features.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience working with Git.
Experience in authoring technical documentation and establishing coding standards.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Previous experience working with multiple engineering, cross-functional teams.
Experience in Apache Camel and Openshift will be considered a strong plus.
Experience working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Microsoft Azure will be considered a plus.
