WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Engineering Manager - Technical Architect , you will design end-to-end IT solutions leveraging cloud-native technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture patterns, guide implementation, and align technical decisions with business goals.

In this role, you will manage and mentor a group of engineers, foster collaboration across development teams, and provide hands-on architectural leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions with lasting strategic impact.

Responsibilities: 

  • Architect secure, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions by leveraging microservices and cloud-native technologies, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and regulatory data privacy requirements.

  • Drive engineering excellence through the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and rigorous code quality standards to drive delivery efficiency and system reliability.

  • Shape the technical roadmap by translating complex business requirements into clear architecture strategies, identifying dependencies, and ensuring long-term adaptability, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Bridge the gap between business and technology by effectively communicating complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders, facilitating informed, data-driven decisions and cross-functional alignment.

  • Foster seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and mobile/frontend developers, to deliver integrated, user-centric digital experiences.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Continuously explore emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the architecture forward-thinking, competitive, and aligned with evolving business and market demands.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR? 

  • A seasoned architect with 8+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in a team leading role, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.

  • Deep expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem, with hands-on experience in building and deploying cloud-native applications using microservices architecture, Restful APIs designs, DevOps best practices and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

  • Experienced in leading and mentoring engineering teams

  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and environments

  • Passionate about innovation, with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to introducing modern tools and techniques that improve system reliability, speed to market, and user experience.
