WORK YOU’LL DO
Technology Strategy and Consulting team help the C-Suite shape their technology vision and execute on their digital and technology-driven business transformation journeys.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Delivery Manager / Program Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading digital banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on experience in digital transformation, strong Agile delivery skills, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of digital banking transformation programs, working closely with cross-functional Agile squads.
Coordinate input and manage delivery across teams operating at different paces and using different delivery models (Agile and Waterfall), facilitating alignment and key synchronization points.
Facilitate and manage program reporting by organizing and consolidating inputs from various sources and delivery teams, ensuring timely delivery and agreed reporting quality standards.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technology execution across digital channels.
Facilitate large scale, cross-squad Agile (SAFe 6.0-based) ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed across delivery teams.
Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all delivery layers.
Foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture within a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in Digital Banking, ideally having worked on large-scale digital transformation programs in Banking and other sectors.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience working with delivery squads. Knowledge of SAFe 6.0 and Scrum frameworks will be considered a plus.
Brings a fresh, dynamic energy and the ability to adapt quickly—this role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
Experience in digital product development and management is a plus, though not mandatory.
Strong skills in program delivery management, digital channel operations, and stakeholder communication and management in complex environments.
Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.
