WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Mobile Engineering Manager you will lead and grow our mobile development team. Be responsible for shaping the technical direction of our client’s mobile presence, managing a team of engineers, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Bring your passion in building scalable mobile solutions and mentoring talented engineers.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of mobile engineers (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
Define and drive the technical roadmap for mobile development.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
Ensure best practices in mobile architecture, security, and performance optimization.
Drive engineering excellence by implementing CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality standards.
Work closely with backend teams to ensure efficient API integrations and data flow.
Coordinate with UX/UI teams to align on user experience strategies and visual designs.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives for the mobile engineering team.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our mobile applications innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
8+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong technical expertise in Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, etc.).
Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud services, APIs, and mobile security best practices.
Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
