WORK YOU’LL DO
In this context, we are looking for a motivated and self-driving Consultant with exceptional skills in communication and analytics to produce quality deliverables for the client. As a Consultant in Engineering and R&D Digitization, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver in the areas of Digital Twin & Thread enablement including use case definition, data model definition, functional design, dashboarding, analytical models and value realization.
Responsibilities:
Develop IoT & real time data analytics based smart tools which can drive decision making and help in problem solving
Detail the Digital twin & thread use cases with functional design, define the data model and governance, identify interface and dashboarding requirements
Develop Digital Twin & Thread assets/tools and solutions that meet our clients’ needs in innovative ways. Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams
Define the business requirements, measures of success, and features for your products and services, and help executives to deliver these to market
Design & develop research & development processes in discrete industries with intelligent and collaborative tools to bring product’s digital twin to life
Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes; postgraduate studies preferred), relevant work experience of 3-7 years
Understanding and experience in engineering and R&D business process models and relevant digital technologies
In-depth working and understanding of Digital Twin & Thread areas and the technologies that enable these
Experience in driving digital R&D projects with the use of trending technologies such as: virtual prototyping and testing, digital twin Simulations, generative design, predictive analytics, data driven feature designing, closed loop feedbacks etc.
Good understanding of emerging technologies: IOT/AI/ ML/ Edge Computing/AR/VR in product development, engineering and manufacturing process improvements
Qualifications
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes; postgraduate studies preferred), relevant work experience of 3-7 years
Understanding and experience in engineering and R&D business process models and relevant digital technologies
In-depth working and understanding of Digital Twin & Thread areas and the technologies that enable these
Experience in driving digital R&D projects with the use of trending technologies such as: virtual prototyping and testing, digital twin Simulations, generative design, predictive analytics, data driven feature designing, closed loop feedbacks etc.
Good understanding of emerging technologies: IOT/AI/ ML/ Edge Computing/AR/VR in product development, engineering and manufacturing process improvements
Key skills:
• Knowledge of Digital tools such as: IOT ThingWorx, Predix, Azure IOT, AWS, Mind Sphere, Cumulocity. Familiar with at least one IOT platform end to end
• Capability with one of the key technologies: AI/ML/Edge Computing/AR/VR
• Experience in implementing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
