WORK YOU’LL DO
In this context, we are looking for a motivated and self-driving Consultant with exceptional skills in comunication and analytics to produce quality deliverables for the client. As a Consultant in our Intelligent Asset Management pracrice, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to:
Accelerate digital transformation journey for our clients in the areas of Asset Integrity / Reliability and Intelligent Asset Maintenance, through innovative, AI-led solutions
Reimagine manufacturing and materials processing with the power of AI-led insights, enabling Operations and Business realize higher operational efficiencies
Leverage intelligence to drive greater insights, as well as personalize experiences and optimize performance
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing functional consulting in HSE / PSM areas and be able to showcase credible hands-on experience in key HSE processes like Incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs/HAZIDs, Product safety, workplace safety processes, risk management, governances and HSE management systems
Functional and technical specification and implementation of the HSE / PSM applications like Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS, DNVGL Synergi and the likes
Experience of leading diagnostics studies for clients and design end-to-end solutions in line with client requirements . Prepare project & resource plan and cost estimates in agreement with the client and other stakeholders
Provide expertise on all functional requirements related to the HSE process developments, vendor assessment and technology implementations
Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the HSE/ Process safety, digital HSE space.
Qualifications
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes; postgraduate studies preferred), relevant work experience of 3-7 years
Fundamental understanding of functionalities and Hands-on knowledge of at least one HSE/ PSM applications like Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS modules, DNV Synergi, consequence modelling tools, control of work, barrier management and performance monitoring KPIs in HSE/PSM areas
Deep functional understanding of workplace safety, process safety and HSE management systems and processes
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an industry role in control of work, incident management, HSE/ PSM areas.
Key skills:
•
Development of Unique Project Specific deliverables such as HSE management Philosophy, safety culture assessment program, Risk Management program, Communication Matrix, specific process & procedures etc
Knowledge of IoT, Analytics and related technologies to drive client discussions for digital enablement
Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc. is an added advantage
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
