WHAT YOU’LL DO
Through this role you will have the chance to collaborate with key client’s teams to shape and co-create new market offerings, capabilities and solutions that will become the cornerstone of their commercial strategy. More specifically, you will have the chance to:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions tailored to our client's needs.
Utilize your expertise and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and transformation and help mature such initiatives for the client to pursue.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendation in a rapidly changing and demanding industry.
Play a key role in helping our client innovate at scale and stay ahead of the competition.
As a Business Analyst you are expected to undertake the following responsibilities:
Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and constraints.
Create a clear and concise documentation of the business requirements and assess their feasibility and completeness.
Translate the business requirements to functional specifications.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with requirements.
Participate in the testing process to validate that solutions meet the specified requirements.
Understand and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in project planning and monitoring progress against the project plan.

Qualifications
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
BSc Degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering.
Working experience of 2 or more years in system integration projects
Experience with Energy & Utilities products & services will be considered as a plus.
Enhanced analytical thinking and problem deconstruction/ breakdown.
Ability to collaborate effectively in versatile environments, adopting an agile way of working
Proven client-facing and collaboration skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
