WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Human eXperience Management (HXM) SuccessFactors consultant, you will be responsible to analyze HR processes, configure and deploy HR solutions and tools creating an HRIS ecosystem with a proper focus on HR processes design, study, realization to create a real “value added” to Accenture customers impacting their organizations. Your personal growth will be supported by our Center of Excellence (CoE) ensuring a cooperative environment supporting a 360° professional growth not only on technical aspects but providing a structured methodology, assets, expertise to fully manage a HR transformation program with high quality standards and end-to-end support for our customers
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer’s human capital processes and requirements to bring them value
Translate requirements in a proper approach to support an HRIS transformation – configuring our solutions (SAP SuccessFactors) to fit processes requirements and introduce additional gain
Working on ways to automate, digitalize and improve “real life” HR processes and create intelligent HR ecosystems
Support the delivery and rollout of solution configuring “best of breed” solutions
Manage program task and ensure that activities are released on time
Writing functional and technical documentation
Qualifications
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant degree
Previous working experience in SAP SuccessFactors transformation and/or human capital management project (preferred) and/or strong interest in self-development in this area
One or more certifications on SAP SuccessFactors (all modules) (preferred)
Knowledge about HRIS key concepts (data migration, security, data privacy, etc.) as preferred
Attitude to teamworking because all our projects are done under a team perspective
Good proficiency in English due to the involvement in international projects
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Ambition to professionally growth within a structured company to reach team and project leading positions
