Drive contract management activities across projects and accounts; work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities; account strategy, objectives, and opportunities.
Support contract execution by monitoring Accenture compliance with contract provisions, delivery milestones, internal policies obligations and applicable law and regulations.
Support the identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with CM and Project Leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
Facilitate the negotiation of contractual commercial terms with clients and suppliers and assist with sound business sense the negotiation of legal and technical terms leveraging on Clients’ knowledge and commercial consistency
Act as the single point of contact for the business team for all legal matters interacting with other legal functions and other corporate functions (eg. finance, procurement, HR, etc.)
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
Skills and abilities developed during 7 - 10 years’ in Contract Management, Legal or similar roles with experience in contracting, regulatory, procurement or finance matters
Comprehensive knowledge of general corporate business practices, government and commercial contracting regulations and principles, project management, subcontracting practices, and accounting and finance principles
Ability to proactive identify and timely address contracts risks and issues
Ability to advise and interact with proper levels of management
Critical thinking, business acumen, proactivity and problem-solving approach
Ability to leverage on teamworking to achieve expected targets
A Master's degree in Law, Economic & Business or Engineering is preferred, other degrees can be evaluated
Speak and write English fluently
