WORK YOU’LL DO

Workplace Solutions is a function ranging from on-site facilities management, executive support services, office services, real estate, and travel to workplace research and development, including Archives & Records Management, Corporate Real Estate, Office Services, and Safety & Security, Fleet management, Space management, Environmental initiatives.  Workplace Solutions is a very diverse team of professionals with such a wide range of roles, with a wide range of backgrounds and experience. They have in common the ability to communicate well with people at all levels and enthusiasm for solving problems.

As a Location Services Analyst, you will execute services in your area(s) of responsibility under supervision for our office in Athens. The scope may include a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered at Athens Premises. May consist of workspace set-up, A/V, catering, switchboard, reception, document services, floor support, facility management & other location services. Independently carry out routine tasks according to guidelines and/or under supervision. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the business operations of workplace-related services including office services, record management, facility management, back-office reception services, procurement administration (setting up new vendors/ invoice management, ordering supplies) etc.

  • Provide space and office support to internal & external customers.

  • Ad hoc reception presence for VIP meetings/visits etc.

  • Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

  • Inspect building’s structures to determine the need for repairs.

  • Relations & Contract Management

  • All of the above should be performed by ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines.

Qualifications

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR? 

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office operations

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)

  • Bachelor’s degree will be considered as a plus

  • Customer focused attitude

  • Accuracy in the completion of assigned tasks
