WORK YOU’LL DO

 

The CIO organization is responsible for maintaining Accenture’s information technology (IT) infrastructure and implementing our internal IT strategy. You will provide a range of IT services across the company, including design and development of IT products and services, help desk support, network management and maintenance, workstation support, telecommunications and more.

As Technology Support Analyst you will responsible for resolving the day-to-day technology services requested by CIO Projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with day to day support issues i.e. scheduling upgrades, troubleshooting for hardware and software issues i.e. Windows 10, MS Office and email

  • Providing first and second level telephone, e-mail and desk side support on laptops, printers, video conferences, mobile phones and peripherals for employees.

  • Participating and collaborating on IT projects as required.

  • Maintaining local hardware inventory.

  • Adhering to official company and IT policies. Ensuring that proper procedures are being followed for new joiners and leaving employees per company’s policies

  • Implementing installation of base image and user image.

  • Managing the support ticket queue. Escalating tickets when needed and making all appropriate updates.

  • Liaising with other IT teams i.e. Network to achieve a successful solution for the user.

  • Receiving new stock on laptops.

  • Designated first contact for all users.

  • Using Accenture systems for tracking and administrative purposes.

  • Communication and Appearance 

  • English language 

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor degree in the IT field (AEI/TEI/IEK)

  • Good knowledge of the following:

    • Microsoft products (OS, Office)
    • PC setup and maintenance
    • Databases and Spreadsheets
    • Web Based applications 
  • Networking / Printing support on site

  • Communication and Appearance

  • English language

  • Relevant previous working experience of 1 year would be a plus.
