With over 20 years of experience in CRM, digital strategy and operations I have had the opportunity to work with a number of leading organisations across Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, Travel, Telecommunications and Technology. I have worked both client and agency side and understand the challenges the Public Sector face in digitally transforming their departments. I have a specific interest in mobility, data and analytics, including Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. Focusing on a data driven, mobile first approach that encompasses both the innovative adoption of technology and the people and cultural impact digital experiences can have across all aspects the organisation and its customers.

Working mainly in the public sector, across the entire lifecycle of business and IT projects, I have designed and led dynamic strategy and consulting engagements including high profile IT and business transformation projects at large government departments. Simon is a Managing Director for Accenture's Health and Public Services practice. His focus is bringing the best of Accenture and our partners to address the strategic challenges of Public Sector clients, including cost reduction and operational improvement. Whilst at Accenture, Simon has led the successful pursuit and contract of the innovative West Midlands Police Innovation and Integration Partner deal, reducing cost and improving outcomes; was the lead on the successful DWP ADEP pursuit securing the Universal Credit opportunity for Accenture; as well as successful opportunities across the Home Office and wider Police and Justice space.

With more than 24 years at Accenture I have had the opportunity to serve many large public service organizations helping them define and execute their digital strategies. Working across many European countries, I lead and advise public services organisations on digital and IT transformation programs covering areas such as digital citizen, digital government, smart nation and smart cities. I am passionate about the CIO agenda including technology, architecture, digital architecture, cloud and infrastructure. I have been fortunate to being able to lead consulting and technology implementations agile, small and large in many roles such as delivery lead or client advisor.

I’m a managing director leading the charge for Accenture Interactive H&PS in EALA with previous experience at Public and Aegis group. Providing the full scope of work across design, marketing, content and commerce to public service organisations is my passion. I offer them deep experience in brands, customer experience, digital strategy, innovation and technology, marketing and customer analytics and generally all things related to today’s digital citizen.
