One: Companies identify talent needs

Companies assess their workforce gaps and identify talent pools that match their top priority business needs.

Two: Candidates apply

Candidates who are ready to grow their skills, and to find a new role, enroll in the FutureofU program. Candidates choose roles based on an area of interest and for which they meet the basic qualifications. Candidates enrolled in the program are matched and may apply to prospective employer’s role(s).

Three: Participants start upskilling

Next, selected participants begin upskilling. FutureofU participants receive pay and benefits while enrolled full-time in the program. Coaching and support are provided to help prepare participants to perform and grow in a new, future-ready role.

Four: Participants transition to their new role

Upon successful completion, FutureofU participants begin their new role full-time. Companies benefit from new sources of talent to unlock growth and foster environments where all employees can thrive.
