Oliver (Olly) is the Chairman and Senior Managing Director of Accenture, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Olly is a member of the CBI President’s Committee; He sits as an advisory board member of the Productivity Leadership Group; he is a member of the Professional and Business Services Council; he is on the UK’s Digital Economy Council; he is also on the Made Smarter Commission. Olly is a founding trustee of Movement to Work and is on the board of the UK government’s Inclusive Economy Partnership.
He joined Accenture in 1992 into the Strategy practice and continues today to consult to clients in a variety of industries, including retail and consumer goods. He has a broad range of experience including globalisation, operating model development, organisation design, managing change and technology exploitation.
Before joining Accenture, Olly worked for Conoco; and prior to that role he was with British Aerospace as an Aeronautical Engineer.
Olly is married and has twin daughters. He holds a first-class honours degree in Engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge.
