Eithne joined Accenture in Ireland in 2000 and led the marketing and communications function during a period of rapid growth and expansion, which included launching The Dock, Accenture’s global research and incubation hub located in Dublin’s Silicon Docks. In June 2018, Eithne’s role expanded to include the UK and Ireland when she became a member of the UKI Executive team.

With over 20 years’ experience driving marketing and communications programmes across a wide range of areas and industries, Eithne is responsible for the full portfolio of communications programmes across UKI including talent brand and executive communications; sponsorships and hospitality, client relationship marketing, digital marketing, media relations and more.

A natural connector, Eithne was included in the Silicon Republic ‘Women Invent 100’ list in recognition for her work on the award-winning Women on Walls campaign. Passionate about inclusion and diversity, she has supported several educational and skills initiatives to encourage women from disadvantaged backgrounds to consider a career in Tech. Eithne was the executive sponsor of numerous initiatives to support start-ups in Ireland including the Accenture Ireland Leaders of Tomorrow programmes. She serves on the Boards of Dublin Theatre Festival and CRASH Ensemble.
