Thought leader and a trusted C-level advisor, Don Schulman is the global lead for Accenture’s Supply Chain and Operations Function. He determines the overall business and go-to-market strategy, ensures the development of required skills and capabilities, and creates solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Don Schulman is the global lead for Accenture’s Supply Chain and Operations Function. He determines the overall business and go-to-market strategy, ensures the development of required skills and capabilities, and creates solutions to meet clients’ needs. In this role, Don spearheads the strategy and integration across Accenture’s Supply Chain and Operations businesses.

An esteemed thought leader and a trusted C-level advisor, Don has more than 20 years of extensive industry and consulting experience. He is a well-known authority in helping clients increase shareholder value through sustainable cost management and creating agile operating models, achieved with enterprise-wide transformation and harnessing new technologies. Don has worked across numerous industries, including manufacturing, high tech, consumer products, chemicals, media, financial services and telecommunication.

Previously, Don was the global managing director of the Finance & Enterprise Performance practice within Accenture Management Consulting. Prior to joining Accenture, he was the general manager of Global Finance and Administration and Supply Chain business process outsourcing at IBM. In addition to driving the organization’s sales, solutions, delivery and profitability, Don also led the development and deployment of IBM’s outsourcing offerings. Before joining IBM, Don was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (acquired by IBM in 2002), where he led the Financial Management Solutions Consulting practice.

Don attended the Zicklin School of Business at the City University of New York-Baruch College and is based in New Jersey.
