Carl Nicholson

Senior Managing Director – Business Process Services Global Delivery Lead, Accenture Operations


 

Carl Nicholson is the Global Business Process Services Delivery Lead for Accenture Operations. In this role, he is responsible for the delivery of Business Process services, leading more than 100,000 professionals in over 50 delivery centres across five continents. Carl also serves on the Accenture Operations Global Executive Committee.

Before assuming his current position, Carl was Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Service Delivery Lead for the Europe, Africa and Latin America region, a member of the Accenture Post Trade Processing Management team and held multiple delivery leadership roles within Accenture Operations Finance & Accounting, Procurement and Industry Specific BPO offerings in Europe.

Carl has spent all of his career working in the BPO domain since joining Accenture as a graduate in 1996, and has been pivotal in establishing Accenture Operations in Central Europe.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and French from Bath University, United Kingdom (UK). Carl lives in Berkshire, UK with his wife and two children. He is based in Accenture’s London office.
