As part of our Proposal Development team, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills on the job.
What will I be doing?
The Pursuit Services Team works closely with Client Groups Sales Teams to offer a range of high quality standardised service offerings, from Standard Content Authoring to end-to-end Proposal Management, enabling the sales teams and subject matter experts more time to spend developing tailored and differentiated solutions and managing the relationships with their clients.
Reporting to the Proposal Management Lead, you will be responsible for providing logistics and administrative support to Proposal Managers, Sales Leads and/or Bid Managers for a specific deal pursuit, by:
- Maintaining the Proposal Response Plan (schedules, milestones, deliverables etc.)
- Supporting the preparation of the proposal deliverable and any associated documentation
- Supporting the flow of information between the Proposal / Bid Manager and key contributors.
Do I qualify?
You need to have gained or will obtain a degree in any discipline. We will also expect you to demonstrate attributes such as:
- Mastery of leading negotiations
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility / adaptability
- Ability to work effectively in a team

Where will I be based?
You’ll apply to our office in London but a level of travel and working from other locations may be required from time to time.

1. Online application
To apply, you need to complete an online profile. You can only apply to one programme in any six month period but if you are unsuccessful you can apply to other roles.
2. Telephone interview
You may be selected for a telephone interview with a member of our team.
3. Assessment Centre
If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres where you’ll take part in a variety of activities designed to help us find out what your strengths are.
Well done! If you’re successful in all the stages we’ll offer you a place on the programme and tell you your start date. If you don’t pass, we’ll give you the opportunity to get feedback.
Before your start date, we’ll ask you to provide evidence of your academic results and two references. We’ll then send you details of your training week where we’ll welcome you into Accenture!
