The Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP) application experience was really positive. Everyone I encountered was happy to help and clearly wanted us all to succeed. I was so excited to be accepted because, as a recent graduate, this was my first big step in a full-time career.
By far, the most exciting part of TAP was the first international travel I’d ever done on my own. I spent three months exploring Melbourne, Australia, working with the brilliant Australian HR team. I loved being able to represent TAP there.
TAP allowed me to get comfortable with the uncomfortable—to really get out of my comfort zone. I was regularly learning to use different tools, systems and techniques, and working with new people all the time.
“TAPpers”learn to build resiliency and manage change and thrive in new situations. We learn from the best and work closely with our most senior HR and business leaders. I learned very fast to trust my instincts and be confident with all stakeholders in the business.
