It's about continuously reinventing talent by identifying and executing on the most critical changes needed across the enterprise, for teams, and for individuals. In this role you will:

 

  • Manage key elements of the lifecycle including Talent Insights, Talent Ambition, Talent Strategy, Talent Roadmap, Talent Experiments, Talent Development, etc. along with the supporting technology enablers

  • Understand, and have a clear point of view on, how digital and AI are impacting the workforce and how required transformational change will mean new skills and roles to tap future value

  • Support organisations to understand the skills they have, the skills they need and how best to address their skill gaps

  • Lead and deliver Talent, learning and reskilling projects, with consistency and excellence, to build the right capability for our clients; underpinned by technology

  • Challenge our clients to rethink ways of working and the behaviors needed to equip their teams to deliver results quickly

  • Support the growth of the Talent & Skilling consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence

  • Tale the lead in creating market relevant Talent & Skilling points of views, blogs and offerings to create market eminence for Accenture’s Talent consulting and overall T&O.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Proven track record in leading and delivering talent management and capability strategy, programmes and/or processes.

  • Ability to lead and conduct capability gap assessments and/or training and learning needs analysis within organisations

  • Leading the implementation of learning and/or reskilling programmes to build capability within organisations

  • A familiarity or interest in the relevant technologies for pursuing re-skilling from innovative learning to skills analytics

  • A passion for Innovation and Technology trends, understanding the Talent Management ecosystem and how leading-edge technologies and data can drive organisation objectives while supporting the employee/ colleague experience. 

  • Strong communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.  

  • Ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organisation with clear ability to influence others.

  • Are comfortable travelling and working away from home (as required)
