As a Salesforce Public Sector Delivery Lead you will:
Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments
Lead business development efforts for Salesforce solutions in the public sector, identifying opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders
Work closely with public sector clients and internal account teams to understand their unique challenges and position Salesforce solutions that meet their needs
Support pre-sales activities including responding to RFPs, RFIs, shaping and presenting solutions, and defining delivery approach, plan, staffing and estimates
Develop further skills in Salesforce, project management, client engagement, and solutions through hands-on experience and training
Manage project stakeholders, resources, financials, risks and issues.
Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Direct client-facing Salesforce public sector consulting experience
Proven hands-on experience managing scaled delivery of integrated Salesforce solutions through multiple project lifecycles
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
Demonstrates strong leadership and people management abilities, with experience managing diverse cross-functional teams
Ability to engage with clients at all levels in a business-centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue
Proven experience in managing and fostering a team-oriented environment, with a passion for mentoring and developing Salesforce practitioners
Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, thriving in dynamic, collaborative teams
Set yourself apart:
Public Sector specific knowledge and experience
Proven experience in public sector business development and pre-sales solution planning experience (including solution shaping, and delivery estimation and planning)
Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate public sector challenges into Salesforce-driven solutions
Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, experience and network
Evidence of bringing emerging solutions and innovations to deliver value for clients
Salesforce certified
Eligibility to obtain SC security clearance.
