In this role you will:
Become a trusted advisor to our clients, helping to define the value case for business- and technology-driven transformations.
Orchestrate the delivery of complex programmes and projects, bringing together the breadth and depth of Accenture services to achieve the value articulated in client business cases.
Develop a pipeline of work through opportunity identification/qualification, proposal development/presentation, and commercial contract negotiation.
Own the end-to-end solutioning, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver contractual deliverables including transformation roadmaps, process definitions, customer/user journey maps, high-level and detailed solution designs, and migration plans.
Drive innovation, helping Accenture and client teams apply the latest thinking and approaches to solve complex problems.
Actively contribute towards the development of the next generation of talent, supporting performance management and recruitment.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following profiles and skills:
Experience in Communications and Media or related industries is desired across all profiles. The ideal candidate should also have proven experience of team management and talent development.
Candidates should emphasise experience in any of the following areas:
Delivery Orchestration
- Client Relationship Management – leading and working with clients to shape and deliver multi-year transformation programmes.
- Delivery Excellence – deep understanding of delivery approaches and best practices, and a proven track record of applying these approaches and practices to deliver successful projects.
- Value Creation, Analysis & Prioritization.
- Risk Management.
Data Driven Consulting
- Client Relationship Management – working with stakeholders to realise the benefits of data activation i.e. unlocking the value of data.
- Data Literacy – deep understanding of analytics and decision science.
- Data Strategy, Management and Governance principles
- Synthesising analysis to tell compelling and effective data-led stories to senior stakeholders
- Proven experience of owning the end-to-end solutioning of large-scale data projects.
- Deep knowledge of market leading data and technology vendors to deliver engagements
Process & Architecture Design
- Implementing next generation digital and innovative technologies.
- Enterprise Architecture Principles – deep understanding and proven experience of applying architecture principles to Business, Data, Application and Technology domains.
- Process Definition, Customer/User Journey Maps
- Innovation – assessing latest technologies and identifying value-driven use cases that deliver growth to client businesses.
Set yourself apart:
- Background in Consulting and an understanding/experience working in GenAI, Agile & DevOps
- Experience with Cloud, Security, Big Data, or Blockchain
- Relevant certifications including TOGAF, BCS, AWS, or GCP certifications.
- Knowledge and experience of industry reference models such as eTOM, SID, or TAM.
- Degree in relevant subject, or equivalent experience in sustainability/large capital programmes.
