Role: Senior Agile Delivery Lead
Locations: Manchester (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis)
Salary: Competitive salary and package (Depending on level of experience)

We typically work hand-in-hand with our clients to build great digital products for them and for their customers. To do this, we need experienced, capable consultants and practitioners who can both deploy their own mastery to get things done hands-on and successfully lead others in doing so. The nature of our work varies from client to client so there will be lots of opportunities to experience new domains and new stacks.
Our team is dedicated to applying great delivery principles to get great outcomes. Our agile delivery leads stand out by keeping one eye on value at all times, and by proposing thoughtful solutions that get the job done efficiently and with low complexity. You’d be a key advocate for this approach within a team.
Beyond client work, our agile delivery leads are essential contributors to our internal and regional engineering communities. There’s loads of scope to get involved and help shape conversations around tech or ways of working you’re interested in, share your knowledge and experience, and learn from colleagues working in very diverse problem spaces.
Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
· You have an in-depth knowledge of agile and lean principles and are experienced in effectively applying a range of frameworks, tools and techniques.
· You are outcome-focused, with an understanding of the importance of delivering value early, enabling fast feedback loops and making decisions based on data, and experience in establishing these practices.
· You can manage the cadence of delivery and ensure the effectiveness of agile events for your team, or teams, whilst fostering team autonomy
· You are able to apply agile and lean principles, and take a pragmatic approach dependent on circumstances, using the appropriate tools and techniques for the context, and can explain the reasons why each has been applied.
· You are innovative and passionate about the art of delivery, with a thirst to learn and share knowledge.
· You can demonstrate a proven ability to form, guide, evolve, support and motivate teams.
· You have experience in coaching teams to optimise for agility, building a culture of safety, inclusion and continuous learning.
· You have a proven ability to influence, lead and empower others.
· You understand and are experienced in the differing delivery requirements through the full engagement or product life cycle.
· You are experienced in developing relationships with business stakeholders, including those in senior positions who may have priorities which may not align with yours.
· You can recognise dysfunctional teams/organisations, understand the problems to solve and drive improvement.
· You are experienced in ensuring deliveries meet requirements for governance/compliance / regulatory management and adherence.
· You're used to working in devops teams with industry-standard practices
· You love working with people to build things and solve problems together in an egoless way, regardless of their level of experience or your role in the team
· You’re comfortable with change and always happy to learn something new; as consultants we flex our individual roles and tech stacks as required to get the best outcomes for our clients
· You have experience leading a team and growing the careers of team members
