Accenture seeks an experienced and skilled Network Innovation Lead to join our team. You will play a key role in developing and optimising our enterprise network infrastructure, with expertise in cloud networking, automation, and traditional architectures. This role requires leadership in integrating cloud and on-premise technologies, driving performance, scalability, and security across the network.
Responsibilities:
- Network Solutions Leadership: Innovate and design network solutions using Accenture resources, contributing to client-facing projects.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of consultants and architects on new technologies and network concepts.
- Business Case Creation: Advocate for new network innovations by identifying business challenges and proposing solutions.
- Network Evangelism: Communicate and document new ideas and technologies to expand Accenture’s network practice.
- Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to enhance program delivery, improve client satisfaction, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with Infrastructure Engineering and Sales teams to drive network opportunities across industries.
- Go-To-Market Campaigns: Lead campaigns and develop new solutions to address client needs.
- Program Management: Oversee complex network transformation projects, managing budgets and risks.
Design & Management:
- Lead design and deployment of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud networks.
- Expertise in both Operational Technology (OT) and IT, including segmentation, routing, and switching.
- Implement secure, scalable network architectures for hybrid cloud environments.
Cloud Networking:
- Architect cloud-based network solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support diverse workloads.
- Ensure high availability and optimise performance in cloud environments, with focus on security and cost.
Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
- Continuously monitor and resolve network performance issues to ensure business continuity.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement and maintain network security measures, ensuring compliance with standards like NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8-10 years in program management/consulting, with experience leading teams and managing budgets.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Domain Knowledge:
- Expertise in network architecture, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise networks.
- Familiarity with routing/switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and network security principles.
- Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform) and SD-WAN.
- Certifications like CCNP, AWS Certified Networking, or Azure Network Engineer Associate are a plus.
