As a team:
People in the Sales career track grow pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of Accenture offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into more complex sales roles, upwards or in their current role.
The Sales Teams lead the sale of large and complex opportunities at Accenture in the UK and Ireland across a variety of different industries. It is a dynamic team made up of Sales Captures who lead and support opportunities that often combine the full breadth of Accenture. We work with most of the major clients across many market sectors, as well as working with new players in the industry. This is an exciting and vibrant team who bring to bear the best of sales at Accenture within a team environment that positively encourages growth and promotion.
What responsibilities will you have?
The Social Value Sales and Delivery SMEs are responsible for solutioning and writing compelling Social Value responses and will also get involved in the delivery of the commitments we make. Typically, the Social Value Sales and Delivery SMEs will work on bids worth >£5m with some exceptions e.g., to support Framework responses.
Develop deal-specific solutions which respond to the Social Value Model Award Criteria and deliver the client’s desired Policy Outcome.
Write compelling Social Value bid responses that meet the Social Value evaluation criteria.
Ensure our commitments are accurately recorded in our Social Value tools, including the Social Value Portal.
Support the Account teams to deliver the Social Value commitments we make.
Contribute to the Social Value knowledge management tools and best practice.

What skills & experience are we looking for?
Deep understanding of Social Value policy and the Model Award Criteria.
Experience of solutioning and costing Social Value solutions.
Direct Social Value experience
Deep understanding of sales and bid processes
Previous Social Value delivery experience, or equivalent
Attention to detail.
Strong written communication.
Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders including deal teams, account teams and our Social Value ecosystem of partners to shape and deliver Social Value commitments.
