Key Responsibilities
Manage the presentation design process from start to finish. This includes working with teams to craft the narrative, creating the slides, incorporating feedback, and hitting deadlines
Transform complex ideas and strategies into compelling visual presentations, primarily using PowerPoint
Produce short videos and animations (using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) to supplement presentations or client deliverables.
Create and maintain a library of core assets including templates, graphic resources, imagery, themes, etc. that are approved for use
Collaborate with consultants and client teams to evaluate existing presentations and implement recommended improvements
Manage multiple, varied projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, on an individual basis and as a member of a client team
Qualifications
Ideas And Craft
Highly organised and detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy, quality and style
A blend of visual design expertise and captivating storytelling skills to create impactful client proposals, internal presentations and other strategic materials.
Ability to translate complex concepts into digestible content
Strong graphic design fundamentals (i.e. typography, colour theory, hierarchy, contrast, and layout)
Expert knowledge of presentation software tools in addition to supporting design tools such as Figma, Photoshop and Sketch. Video packages a bonus.
Able to deliver great conceptual ideas, with a portfolio displaying the depth of your creativity and expertise in this area.

Agency experience – you’ll have worked on big name brands and created exciting communications and have a thorough understanding of the project process within a creative agency - from client brief through to post-project-evaluation.
