We Are:
Deal Structuring & Pricing (DSP) at Accenture. A team that utilizes industry leading data to drive market-relevant pricing and profit strategies for Accenture, to maximise price while still winning. We are responsible for deal pricing (including value-based deals and other complex deal constructs), and client rate card creation, as well as advising on competitors and market positioning, developing standards, targets and best practice, supporting price negotiations, and working closely with senior Accenture leadership on their pricing priorities.
You Are:
A driver and leader with a track record of success in Strategy & Consulting (ideally in a pricing, sales or delivery capacity), with a strong interest in pricing and the financial aspects of our business. You are confident working with people up to senior leadership level and can negotiate and influence decision making.
The Work:
You will lead a small team supporting UK, Ireland & Africa (UKIA) Strategy & Consulting (S&C) pricing within the overall DSP group, as well as proactively owning and building key relationships with UKIA S&C leadership, growing demand for our work, building our capabilities, and being involved in day-to-day pricing work. You will use your strong knowledge and background of Strategy & Consulting, as well financial expertise and insights to guide key decision makers on pricing, as you:
Lead the UKIA S&C pricing team.
Own relationships with key S&C leadership and helping to drive their pricing priorities.
Work directly on client rate cards and pricing deals from simple to very complex (e.g. value-based deals).
Coach sales teams and where needed support price negotiations with clients.
Be a subject matter expert on our key S&C competitors and the S&C UKIA market.
Provide advice and guidance to deal teams on pricing, commercial constructs, competitors, and the market.
Help sales teams/leaders understand client requirements and selection criteria.
Define standards and best practice.
Collaborate within team members covering different areas of work and regions.
Implement internal team projects and focus on learning & continuous improvement.
Support the commercial education of our UKIA S&C people.

Demonstrable experience working in a Strategy & Consulting sales, pricing and/or delivery environment.
Here’s what you need:
Strategy & Consulting experience, ideally in a delivery or sales role.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills (including ability to lead teams and coach and develop team members, and confidence in working with senior Accenture leadership).
Strong financial acumen and market intelligence.
Deal shaping and negotiation skills.
Extra credit if you have:
Significant pricing experience
Previous sales experience

Must support/mirror working hours of the supported market unit or other business area
Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs
A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. This includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
May be required to travel on rare occasions.
