Financial Health & Wellbeing Customer Agent
Salary Range: £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
Location: Home based
Working Hours: 5 days a week on a shift basis
2 Lates per week (12pm - 8pm), 1 early per week (8am - 4pm) and every other Saturday (9am-5pm)
Start Date: January 2024

What You'll Be Doing:
Working in Operations, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do - helping our customers.
You’ll be providing excellent telephone customer service support to our clients' customers who are experiencing financial difficulty. You'll work with them to gather relevant information, in order to find appropriate solutions for their circumstances. As a result, you'll definitely need to have strong communication and empathy skills.
Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in a similar financial support/financial assistance/collection & recoveries role - ideally within a bank or financial services company
A genuine passion for customer services and helping others - compassion and understanding towards customers in vulnerable situations, is a must in this role
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Resilience and a strong work ethic - A role in operations is very fast paced and you’ll need to be able to multi-task andwork well under pressure.
A willingness to learn - and use and navigate multiple IT programs and tools
Knowledge of financial principles and practices, such as budgeting, saving, and investing
