In our team you will learn to:  

  • Build a high-performing team through new and innovative hiring strategies
  • Motivate and bring energy to a high-performing team working in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop products and strategies to keep improving motivation levels, psychology safety and other non-negotiable aspects for teams building products in an effective and innovative way in the consulting world
  • Correlate sprint stages to reactions and mood of team members, predicting hard moments and creating strategies to tackle challenges

As a Talent and Operations senior analyst you will:  

  • Develop and constantly improve Growth Studio’s hiring process, understanding how to attract and assess great talent
  • Review case data to identify trends and help to develop long-term solutions and experiments
  • Engage with different internal stakeholders to provide a fluid and efficient talent acquisition process
  • Develop ways to quantify interviewee’s performance in all stages of process
  • Design a system to collect insights from the talent acquisition strategy and keep improving based on data
  • Assist hiring managers and team members with training to keep developing interview and assessing skills
  • Supporting managers through the recruitment process and sitting on interview panels for key vacancies


We are looking for experience in the following skills:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Psychology, Organizational management, Human Resources
  • Solid HR experience or involvement in recruiting and managing talent in fast-paced environments and agile teams
  • Background working and recruiting for multidisciplinary teams with different sets of skills
  • Ability to analyse data to gather insights and transform them into action; advanced Excel skills to track in an uncomplicated way the process and learnings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to connect and engage different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written, understanding the needs of the person you’re speaking to, making sure the correct message is delivered in the best way
  • Ability to thrive being a multitasker, knowing how to prioritise and do a good time management
