Help companies better understand consumers and how to connect with them across markets and channels, using data and analytics

As an Optimisation Consultant you will:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for our clients, specifically focussing on A/B testing and personalisation
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve marketing performance and digital experiences
Produce test plans to define scope & constraints of tests. Show how success is measured and how it ties to business objectives. Monitor in-life tests to determine final outcome
Produce final analysis documentation for each test completed, including fresh concepts to feed the roadmap
Develop and deliver customer segmentation strategies that utilise cluster analysis and predictive modelling techniques
Support and participate in client presentations and planning sessions documenting required next steps plus explaining and presenting statistical based project results from optimization activities
Work with other Accenture colleagues in data, analytics, media, technology, processes and our clients' agencies to transform or improve marketing operations and performance
Support teams through all phases of a project lifecycle including developing RFPs, proposals, contracts, planning, discovery, workshops, experiments, blueprints, go live etc.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Web and digital marketing
High numeracy with strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive insight from analytics
Online experimentation and / or personalisation
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
Digital analytics tools using industry-wide technologies (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
Ability to work within a multi-functional (analytics/technical/marketing) team on multiple projects, managing timelines and communicating risks/issues
Strong understanding of digital marketing and how digital data is captured across channels (including web sites, paid and organic search, display media, email, social media)
User experience design, information architecture, agile web development processes, content management and social collaboration tools
Set yourself apart:
Hands on experience building measurement capabilities and engaging with the business using Analytics Platforms
Experience in defining and implementing measurement and optimisation strategies
Strong background in reporting and visualisations.
Experience and understanding of analytics for content websites.
Hands-on experience in website structures to aid the delivery of implementation.
Strong business acumen and content understanding.
