As a team:

We work with some of the largest local, regional and global Salesforce customers, and have all levels of projects – from global, transformational projects, to smaller, innovative projects, POCs and POVs (“Proof of VaIue”) within some of our large customers. We lead the way leveraging key Salesforce offerings, including Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, FS Cloud, Vlocity, nCino, Mulesoft, Tableau, Field Service, Einstein and others.

Within our UKI Salesforce Business Group, we have a growing team of dedicated Marketing Cloud specialists and subject matter experts at different seniority levels. We are seeking to bolster this team with an outstanding functional Marketing Consultant with standout experience of using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

In our team you will learn:

  • How to deliver the Salesforce MarTech stack at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments
  • How Marketing Cloud can be leveraged to serve the needs of the different industry sectors
  • How to shape and deliver solutions based on Salesforce offerings, balancing innovation and creativity with client value delivery, stability, and scalability
  • How to work with experts in Salesforce and other platforms technologies, other partners, our customers and other parts of Accenture to deliver customer success.



Qualifications

We are looking for foundational experience in the following areas:

  • You have an interesting story to tell about your hands on experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud end user or Consultant
  • Your view of the Salesforce MarTech landscape goes way beyond traditional direct marketing
  • You have experience in working with clients or internal stakeholders across both the Business and IT to understand their business and technology requirements through 1:1 meetings and workshops
  • Whilst you are a Salesforce evangelist, you have a high level of familiarity with other leading MarTech tools and platforms, and an appreciation of the place of first, second and third party data on the current CMO agenda in 2022
  • You are capable of owning solution architecture, solution design and requirements using personas, customer journeys and user stories
  • You have meaningful experience of managing and coaching small teams or peer groups to success and high performance

Set yourself apart:
 

  • You demonstrate fluency in Technology consulting and Agile Delivery as well as an understanding of how Marketers think and what their evolving goals are
  • You have the ability to conduct hands on demos, QA and coaching – you are excited by having unlimited scope for hands on technical work to supplement the client facing elements of your role
  • Any experience of working in a pre-sales cycle (high level estimates, RFPs, orals) that you may have would be advantageous but is not essential
  • You have X-factor and leadership potential
