For our newly formed Cloud First Networks business unit of we are looking for new talent to complement our team. Our existing 8,000+ team of strong Network Professionals combine deep business insight and technology supporting CSPs (Communication Service Providers);Technology and Hyperscale clients to deploy, transform; scale and operate their networks. Your Role: 

As an Intelligent Network Operations Automation, Analytics - Consultant / Manager:

You will be involved in supporting a number of engagements focused on leveraging Data and Analytics to optimise large scale network operations. Principally you will bring an ability to:

•    Define value business use cases and assess the key impacts by optimizing E2E Network operations 
•    Leverage AI/ML, RPA solutions, digital tools (dashboards and virtual reality) and analytics for NOC/SOC
•    Bring innovative thinking and data led insights to transform CSPs current operations to lean digital operations, improving customer experience through NPS and service KPIs, and reducing costs 
•    Increase process efficiency and service quality through Digital Field Workforce solutions
•    Strong client relationship management at various stakeholder levels
•    Apply project management for complex digital transformation opportunity and execute large network programs across delivery ecosystems
•    Develop Accenture Network Intelligent Operations assets, offerings and portfolio of service
 



Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:


•    Between 3 to 7 Years of proven Consulting & Industry experience in Communications industry
•    Digital capability such as Bigdata, AI/ML, RPA, Network Analytics in Network operations – activation, fulfilment, assurance and field force management 
•    Operating model design and dashboard creation for E2E network operation transformation 
•    Command centre operating model design / tools selection / Implementation 
•    Digital transformation / Digital twin network operations to streamline orchestration of network OSS/BSS 
•    DevOps and agile data-driven project management for E2E Network operation
•    Eco-system value to utilize new sourcing models such as crowdsourcing and liquid workforce for network operations
