This role may either be based from a multi-client delivery centre or at client sites for extended period of times when required.

You will be responsible for the implementation of client services and deployments on behalf of Accenture interacting with Senior Client and Accenture Management. 

In our team we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can demonstrate:

  • Experience and knowledge of managed services including Cloud and Infrastructure Services  

  • A strong technical background gained through either Service Implementation or Technical Support

  • Delivery of your projects in line with the agreed budget, quality and timescales

  • Team coordination skills

  • Project management including client management

  • Develop and build key stakeholder relationships

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Be conversant in both Agile and Waterfall methodology

  • Work with the Client and/or Accenture stakeholders to confirm the project scope and goals, objectives and validate required resources (people and budget)

  • Maintain project documentation including project plans, resource profiles, financials, task log, risks and opportunities, licence/certificate trackers and lessons learnt, as required

  • Maintain and progress the plan to ensure completion of the delivery within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints. Escalating any issues in a timely manner, initiating corrective action where necessary in order to keep the project on track.

  • Look for opportunities to improve process, client services and ultimately value

  • Ensure compliance with Accenture and/or Client policies and standards.

  • Complete required Client and/or Accenture reports as required.


We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years in project management and / or client management

  • Technical understanding of Cloud and infrastructure

  • Strong technical background gained through either Service Implementation or technical support

  • Team coordination skills

  • Stakeholder management

Set yourself apart:

  • You will have a culture of learning and completing relevant training and certifications.

  • Experience in variety different methodologies for example Agile, DevOps, Automation.

  • Certification and practical experience in PRINCE 2 or PMP

  • A Cloud or related technology certifications
